Original Recipe Card

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound Stale Sponge Cake
- 1/2 cup Raisins
- 1/2 can Peaches
- Four Eggs
- 1 1/2 pints Milk
Instructions
- Butter a round mould; lay in some stale cake, 1/3 of the raisins, stoned, 1/3 of the peaches; cover with very thin slice of bread.
- Pour over milk beaten with eggs and sugar.
- Set in saucepan with boiling water to reach 2/3 up sides of mould, steam it 3/4 hour.
- Turn out carefully on dish and serve with peach sauce.
