Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • To season Pepper

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a smooth saucepan, stir in the dry flour, cook and stir till frothy all over.
  2. Then draw to a cooler part of the stove and stir while adding the cold milk.
  3. Cook until thick, stirring till smooth.
