Original Recipe Card

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 2 tablespoons Flour
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- To season Pepper
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a smooth saucepan, stir in the dry flour, cook and stir till frothy all over.
- Then draw to a cooler part of the stove and stir while adding the cold milk.
- Cook until thick, stirring till smooth.
