Original Recipe Card

Ingredients
- 1 pint Sugar
- 1 quart Water
- 2 quarts Crushed Berries
- 1 pint Whipped Cream
Instructions
- Dissolve the sugar in the water.
- Wash and drain the berries, and mash with a fork.
- Add to the sugar and water.
- Freeze until like thick mush, then add the whipped cream and pack the freezer in the ice and salt.
- Let stand until solid.
