Ingredients
- Ten Apples
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- To cover Boiling Water
- 2/3 cup Cider
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Wipe, pare and cut the apples into quarters.
- Put them in a stewpan, sprinkle with the sugar and add enough boiling water to cover them.
- When the apples are cooked soft, the water should be nearly evaporated.
- Rub them through a sieve and add the cider and lemon juice.
- Freeze to a mush and serve.
