Original Recipe Card

Ingredients
- To fill a dish Apples
- Some bits of Lemon Peel
- 1/2 pint Tapioca
- 1 quart Lukewarm Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Extract
Instructions
- Soak the tapioca in the water, one hour.
- Add the salt; flavor with lemon.
- Pour over peeled and cored apples.
- Bake until apples are tender.
- Serve cold with cream and sugar.
