Original recipe card for Apple Tapioca Pudding

Ingredients

  • To fill a dish Apples
  • Some bits of Lemon Peel
  • 1/2 pint Tapioca
  • 1 quart Lukewarm Water
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Extract

Instructions

  1. Soak the tapioca in the water, one hour.
  2. Add the salt; flavor with lemon.
  3. Pour over peeled and cored apples.
  4. Bake until apples are tender.
  5. Serve cold with cream and sugar.
