Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Grated Chocolate
  • 1/2 pint Milk
  • 2 (yolks) Eggs
  • 1/2 gill Cream
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Boil the grated chocolate in the milk, five minutes.
  2. Strain on yolks of eggs beaten with the cream and sugar.
  3. Strain, return to fire, stir until thick as honey.
  4. Remove and add vanilla extract.
