Original Recipe Card

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp gelatin
- 1 cup cold water
- 3 cups boiling water
- 1 qt cranberries
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Soak gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.
- Cook cranberries without water until soft, then drain.
- Bring to boiling point and add gelatin.
- Put in freezer tray and stir occasionally until frozen.
