Original Recipe Card

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Drained and crushed pineapple
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Chilled evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
Instructions
- Measure 1 1/2 cups drained and crushed pineapple.
- Add 1/2 cup sugar, stir until dissolved.
- Whip 1 tablespoon chilled evaporated milk (1/3 cup) until very stiff.
- Fold in 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
- Add pineapple.
- Pour in freezer tray.
- Chill bowl and beat 3 times.
