Original Recipe Card

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Nut Meats
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 2 Cups Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
Instructions
- Boil the sugar and water without stirring until thick enough to spin a thread.
- Flavor with vanilla.
- Set saucepan in cold water and stir the mixture quickly until white.
- Then add the nuts and turn at once onto buttered plates.
- When cold cut into small squares.
