Original Recipe Card
Ingredients
- 9 eggs
- 1 3/4 white sugar
- 9 tablespoons water
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon cream tartar
- to taste salt
Instructions
- Boil water and sugar to a syrup to thread.
- Pour over egg whites.
- Put cocoa in well beaten yolks.
