Original Recipe Card

Ingredients
- 1 quart Chestnuts
- 3 tablespoons Powdered Sugar
- 3 tablespoons Cream
- 4 tablespoons Sherry Wine
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla
- a pinch Salt
Instructions
- Boil the chestnuts until quite tender and remove their skins.
- Mash together with the sugar, salt, cream, the vanilla and the wine.
- Press into a mold and turn out when cold.
- Fill the center with whipped cream and garnish with candied pineapple cut in slices.
