Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Cocoa
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • Lump Butter

Instructions

  1. Cook to soft ball stage as in fudge.
  2. Then beat until stiff enough to put on cake.
