Original Recipe Card

Ingredients
- 6 rounding tablespoons Coffee (Ground)
- One-third Egg White
Instructions
- Moisten the ground coffee with half a pint of cold water.
- Add the white of egg.
- Then a quart of boiling water; bring all to the boiling point.
- Add a dash of cold water, boil 2 minutes; stand aside a few minutes.
- Serve at once. This quantity makes six cups.
